Julia J. Lee, Associate

Julia J. Lee has focused her practice on real property tax assessment litigation on Long Island and New York since she was admitted to the New York State Bar. Before joining Schroder & Strom, Julia was a Deputy County Attorney and the Deputy Bureau Chief of the Property Assessment Litigation Bureau of the Nassau County Attorney’s Office. This Bureau deals with the highest volume of real estate tax proceedings in New York State.

Julia received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2018. She graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor concentration in English Literature. Her previous legal experience includes internships with the Honorable James P. McCormack of the Nassau County Supreme Court, the Suffolk County District Attorney’ Office, and the United Nations.

Julia is a member of the Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York City Bar Associations.
