Robert Goldstein, Of CounselRobert Goldstein has over thirty years’ experience handling tax certiorari and condemnation matters. He graduated in 1973 from Brooklyn Law School, magna cum laude, and was a Notes Editor on the Law Review. He served as a Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Brookhaven, where he handled tax certiorari and condemnation matters.

For 14 years he served as Bureau Chief of the Tax Certiorari-Condemnation Bureau of the Nassau County Attorney’s Office. This Bureau handles more real estate tax proceedings than any other municipality in New York State. In addition, he previously served as chief real estate tax negotiator for the Nassau County Department of Assessment.
